**14- Day Return Period:**
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

**How to Initiate a Return:**
1. Contact our customer support at info@unshelledbeauty.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely, including the RA number and a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support.

**Refund Process:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

**Exclusions:**
- Personalized or customized items.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

**Return Shipping:**
